Refining
I refined some pages that I did with my shells. I started drawing the shells in a different way or techniques to see the shells texture. This really went well because I was able to see which of the different techniques made the shells look like the shell I drew. The shell on the left conner I thought went really well as I really liked the texture and the way I handled the pencil. I did not just used the pencil and started shading, I used little scribbles which I thought went pretty well.
Work so Far
The doll that I drew was really nice. I just like the way I made the face look soft as it really is. On the page at the right side, I used pencil to draw on the paper and a pen on the tracing paper.
This is my composition. I used different ways to express the composition. At the right hand side of the sketch book I have a fragmented picture on the left and a normal picture on the right. When I am going to do my annotations I am gong to talk about the contrast on how the fragmented piece looks more interesting than the right picture. The reason for that is because the fragmented piece has a white background which makes it more appealing to the eyes, and the other picture is just black which does not really make it more eye catching.
